You'll manage inbound leads and close sales for custom promotional products, leveraging technology and product knowledge to deliver a great brand experience. You'll play a key role in supporting business and consumer clients and contributing to market strategy. This role offers growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with cutting-edge technology.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and support requests via email.
  • Initiate sales by scheduling appointments and conducting presentations.
  • Recommend customized product solutions based on customer needs.
  • Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections.
  • Enter and maintain customer data in HubSpot.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative solutions

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with HubSpot
