• Lead and develop a team of studio staff, including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize profitability
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

• Jewelry or service-oriented retail experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, especially piercing
