🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain-based payments legal matters
• Provide guidance on US financial services laws and money transmission regulations
• Design and evolve internal compliance policies and governance frameworks
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Expertise in US financial services regulation and payments compliance
• Experience developing compliance policies and governance frameworks
