Description

You will bridge the gap between AI innovation and production-ready software, taking experimental models and hardening them into scalable features within the Brightflag app. You'll own deployment, optimize model performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI features into cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years deploying ML models in a SaaS product environment
• MSc or equivalent in AI/machine learning
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with AWS ML stack and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/CircleCI/AWS Codebuild/Bitbucket/Github Actions)
• Experience with Docker, containerized environments, and git

Responsibilities

• Own model transition from proof-of-concept to production-grade code
• Iterate on existing models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering squads to integrate AI features into cloud infrastructure
• Scale Generative AI applications using LangChain or LlamaIndex and RAG patterns
• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows for automated model retraining and deployment
