You'll drive process improvements across HR systems and compliance while maintaining a people-first approach. This hybrid role blends technical payroll expertise with operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Support open enrollment and benefits administration.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of payroll or HR operations experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
• Experience with HRIS like UKG, ADP, or Workday
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
• Experience with multi-state payroll
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or Finance
