You'll work directly with the founders as an early strategic hire at a high-growth AI company. You'll drive GTM and growth initiatives and build the operational infrastructure that scales the business. This role offers rare exposure across all functions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accelerate go-to-market motion with outbound campaigns and partnerships
• Design and run growth experiments across channels and messaging
• Own events, dinners, and community touchpoints for ecosystem presence
• Build operational infrastructure for meeting rhythms and cross-functional coordination

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or finance
• Proficient with AI and vibe coding
• Exceptional attention to detail managing multiple workstreams
• Strong communicator and high EQ
