💼 About This Role

You'll own the collections lifecycle for a portfolio of customer accounts at Anthropic, driving end-to-end collections activity from proactive outreach to dispute resolution. Your core impact will be ensuring customers pay in accordance with contractual terms while meeting clear SLAs and KPIs. This role stands out for the opportunity to shape scalable I2C processes and automation tooling in a hypergrowth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end collections for an assigned customer portfolio
• Conduct proactive customer outreach via email, phone, video
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and billing inquiries
• Monitor AR aging and recommend action plans to management

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in accounts receivable or related Invoice to Cash function
• Experience in B2B SaaS company
• Experience in hypergrowth or rapidly scaling finance organization
• Hands-on experience with Tesorio or similar collections tooling

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience with automation or process improvement in I2C
• Familiarity with credit risk and credit management concepts
