You will serve as the key technical representative for CRL, bridging technical excellence and business objectives to ensure quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. You'll lead cross-functional teams, develop new products, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years progressive technical management experience in building and construction industry
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI)
• Strong record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable project outcomes

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical representative and trusted partner for clients and external stakeholders
• Lead and train teams on new products and technical processes
• Collaborate with Product Management on new product development from concept to release
• Evaluate user requirements to ensure product excellence before market launch
• Partner with cross-functional teams to track project progress and deliver results
