You will shape the direction and execution of innovation within Celonis Labs, managing a portfolio of exploratory products and new business solutions. By leveraging emerging technologies and AI, you will transform bold ideas into tangible products, guiding them from problem identification through to scalable implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years as Product Manager or Solution Architect in B2B SaaS/PaaS
• Experience shepherding early-stage concepts through validation and incubation
• Ability to research new technologies and experiment in early-stage environments
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into executable work
• Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities by researching emerging technologies and industry trends
• Develop business cases and scope end-to-end solution blueprints for new business models
• Apply AI capabilities to prototype and validate concepts early
• Define project goals and execute validation strategies to test viability
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
