Description

As an HSE Manager at Nox Group, you will lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs for construction projects. You'll provide technical leadership, conduct training, manage incident investigations, and ensure compliance with regulations to foster a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of construction HSE experience with 2 years in leadership
• Experience with craft activities (electrical, welding, crane, rigging, etc.)
• Ability to manage HSE for mid to large projects (≤750 employees) and teams of 3-10 professionals
• Advanced understanding of HSE management, workers comp, subcontractor management, environmental management
• Certifications: CHST, OHST, ASP, CSD, or BS in OSH; on path to CSP, SMS, or MSP

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSE management systems and site-specific plans
• Provide technical and behavioral HSE leadership to assigned projects
• Develop, facilitate, and conduct HSE training
• Assist management in risk planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation
• Lead incident investigations including causal analysis and reporting
