You'll build and deploy predictive models for credit lifecycle decisions, including approval strategy, risk pricing, and portfolio management. Your work directly impacts approval quality and loss performance. Partner with Credit, Fraud, and Engineering teams to drive data-driven decisions in a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy predictive models for credit lifecycle.
• Translate model outputs into actionable credit strategies.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify loss drivers.
• Design and execute A/B tests for strategy improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Data Science or analytics in fintech/online lending.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques: linear models, trees, boosting, ensembles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in subprime consumer lending or fintech.
• Hands-on application of AI to credit risk management.
