You'll support the development of systems for human-rated space stations, coordinating vendor relationships and managing marketing operations. Your work will directly contribute to Vast's mission of enabling permanent human presence in space through next-generation space stations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support operations and logistics for marketing and communications projects
• Assist with vendor management and communications across Marketing
• Coordinate internal and external event planning logistics
• Ensure purchase orders are accurate and track cost overruns

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience
• Experience working multiple projects across various disciplines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to make independent judgments with limited information

✨ Nice to Have

• Brand Marketing and digital marketing skills
• Adobe Creative Suite or Figma proficiency
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
