💼 About This Role

You'll handle a wide range of emergency cases as a per diem veterinary technician at VEG, delivering gold standard care in a fast-paced ER environment. You'll jump into triage, treatments, anesthesia, and critical care nursing while providing compassionate support to pet parents. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and stabilize incoming emergency patients
• Administer medications, fluids, and blood products
• Monitor anesthesia and critical care patients
• Perform diagnostics including radiography and ultrasound
• Communicate with pet owners and collaborate with veterinarians

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in veterinary technology preferred
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state of practice
• 1+ year of experience as a veterinary technician
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg independently and 40 kg with assistance
