💼 About This Role

You'll help customers integrate Sonar solutions across their development pipeline, driving technical issues to resolution. You'll collaborate with Sales and Consultants to improve customer experience and feed product discussions. As part of a fast-growing company, you'll represent the customer voice in shaping product evolutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Help customers integrate Sonar solutions across their development pipeline
  • Drive technical issues to resolution from qualification to investigation
  • Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to improve customer experience
  • Work with the team to refine customer feedback for product discussions

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in software engineering or support
  • 2+ years using DevOps pipeline tools (SCM, IDE, CI)
  • Working knowledge of deployment platforms (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
  • Investigation skills to reproduce and understand problems

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with developer IDEs (Visual Studio, IntelliJ)
  • Experience with CI tools (Jenkins Pipelines, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, GitLab)
  • Knowledge of identity provider integration
