💼 About This Role

You'll own the live training experience for every GTM cohort at Clay, leading onboarding sessions and coaching new hires. Your work will directly impact how quickly new team members ramp and contribute. This role blends people, process, and AI-powered tools to build the most exciting ramp experience in the world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead live onboarding sessions weekly including product deep-dives and role-play.
• Facilitate engaging product sessions to build prospect-facing confidence.
• Run certifications and assessments on discovery calls and demos.
• Coach new hires with real-time feedback on delivery and messaging.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enablement or Program Management in SaaS.
• Strong facilitation skills to make complex concepts accessible.
• Structured and self-directed ability to bring order to ambiguity.
• AI tool familiarity and willingness to learn new tech quickly.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building onboarding programs from scratch.
• Background in revenue or GTM roles.
• Familiarity with Clay's product ecosystem.
