💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar to deliver a seamless guest experience. You'll learn color services and work toward promotion to Licensed Colorist within 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist with finishing services and toner applications.
• Contribute to sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to company protocols.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
