💼 About This Role

You'll independently provide reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial espresso and coffee systems. Your work ensures high customer satisfaction through professional and reliable service. This role includes a company vehicle and a $1,500 signing bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems.
• Own customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional service.
• Meet SLA requirements with thorough inspections and timely maintenance.
• Complete descriptive and accurate paperwork.

📋 Requirements

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment.
• At least one year of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

• Experience with testing equipment for electric and water systems.
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory and scheduling.
