Description

You will build and scale your own patient panel while leading the development and launch of our first AI-enabled primary care clinics in Rhode Island. You'll provide direct patient care and collaborate with our technology team to design and test innovative care delivery models that leverage AI.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from accredited institution
• Successful completion of ACGME accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must have RI medical license or be eligible for full unrestricted licensure by time of hire
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Deep commitment to expanding access to high-quality care for underserved populations
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communicator across clinical, technical, and operational domains
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging technology and AI in clinical settings
