๐ผ About This Role
You'll own how enablement content is created, governed, and distributed for GoCardless's global commercial teams. You'll directly impact deal velocity and quality by ensuring teams have the right assets at the right time. This role bridges sales and product marketing to drive revenue-impacting outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a library of high-impact enablement content
- Run content-specific enablement sessions and office hours
- Manage content lifecycle and optimize the content management system
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement content with GTM motions
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue operations
- Track record of creating and driving adoption of impactful enablement materials
- 2+ years in a commercial role (AE, CSM, SDR, etc.) in B2B SaaS or FinTech
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with enablement platforms (Showpad, BigTinCan, Gong)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and revenue intelligence tools
- Background in fintech or high-growth SaaS
