💼 About This Role

You'll drive enterprise B2B pipeline through account-based marketing programs for a fintech platform serving small businesses. You'll own paid media, high-touch events, and performance analysis to generate marketing qualified leads in close partnership with Sales. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and offers significant ownership and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop targeted ABM programs from Sales' account list
  • Own paid media campaigns across B2B channels
  • Execute high-touch programs like executive dinners and direct mail
  • Analyze pipeline performance and report on trends

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation experience with measurable pipeline impact
  • Self-starter who drives initiatives independently
  • Account-based marketing expertise with complex buyer landscapes
  • Hands-on paid media experience across B2B channels

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform business
  • High-touch program execution (executive dinners, direct mail)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Iterable, Webflow, or HubSpot
