Description
In this hybrid role, you'll own both new customer acquisition and early customer experience, ensuring customers adopt our solutions and are set up for long-term success. You'll conduct consultative sales conversations, lead onboarding, and drive retention during the first 90 days.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Proven ability to manage both customer acquisition and early-stage onboarding
- Strong consultative skills and excellent communication
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering
- Local to Austin for hybrid role (3 days in office)
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new customer acquisition with a focus on SMB and marketing-generated leads
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and close deals
- Own the full onboarding journey for new accounts, including training and account setup
- Proactively manage early-stage customer relationships to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Marketing teams for smooth handoffs and process refinement
