Description

In this hybrid role, you'll own both new customer acquisition and early customer experience, ensuring customers adopt our solutions and are set up for long-term success. You'll conduct consultative sales conversations, lead onboarding, and drive retention during the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage both customer acquisition and early-stage onboarding
  • Strong consultative skills and excellent communication
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering
  • Local to Austin for hybrid role (3 days in office)

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition with a focus on SMB and marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and close deals
  • Own the full onboarding journey for new accounts, including training and account setup
  • Proactively manage early-stage customer relationships to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Marketing teams for smooth handoffs and process refinement
