You'll supervise day-to-day field operations for a trusted roofing company, overseeing residential projects from start to finish. You'll lead crews, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. This role offers company truck and fuel for field travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise crew members on all roofing projects
• Communicate with homeowners as main point of contact
• Prepare and collect invoices upon job completion
• Inspect work for quality and compliance
• Mentor and train crew members

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime and two Saturdays per month
