Description

You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve post-sales processes across Services, Support, and Business Partner organizations. You'll drive operational efficiency through process optimization, data analysis, and implementation of scalable solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Industrial Management Engineering or similar
• 3+ years PM experience in global software environment
• Excellent understanding of business processes
• Hands-on experience with corporate applications (e.g., SFDC, Service Now, AI tools)
• Experience writing business requirement documents

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for internal process-change projects from requirements to implementation
• Lead discovery phases and recommend best-practice processes
• Perform business analysis using data and BI tools including AI
• Manage process rollout through workshops, UAT, and training
• Support operational issues and new needs across post-sales processes
