💼 About This Role

You'll develop power electronics focused avionics for Zipline's next generation autonomous delivery aircraft. You'll architect and design electronics including motor inverters, power distribution, and battery management, directly enabling expansion from 100,000 to 100 million deliveries annually. You'll collaborate with world-class engineers on FAA-approved safety systems and solutions for harsh global environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engineer avionics through full design cycle from requirements to validation.
• Shape architecture of next-generation product with high independence.
• Lead trade studies and provide direction for risk reduction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on architecture, design, production, and deployment.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years design experience including circuit analysis, schematic capture, PCB layout, packaging, and integration.
• Experience developing electronics for critical systems in aerospace, transportation, or medical devices.
• Experience with power converters, motor drives, analog front ends, or embedded communications busses.
