🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor machinists and technicians
• Manage machining schedules and production goals
• Implement quality assurance protocols
• Oversee equipment maintenance and recommend new technologies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a machine shop environment
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and tooling
• Experience in defense industry or autonomous systems

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience with autonomous systems
