Description

You will lead the BeEngaged startup accelerator, managing day-to-day program execution, startup pipeline, and internal/external engagement. Drive program evolution, marketing, and strategic insights to shape the future of commercial real estate.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in program management, corporate development, venture, startup, or marketing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear communicator with storytelling ability and content development experience
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize insights
• Bachelor's degree; familiarity with CRE, PropTech, or FinTech preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute program development and manage startup engagement and pilot opportunities
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for program cadence and events
• Drive internal awareness and adoption through marketing and content creation
• Scan market for emerging technologies and support pilot definition and measurement
• Translate insights into clear narratives and next steps for stakeholders
