You'll be the product expert for sales-cycle customers, translating needs into roadmap priorities and bridging sales and engineering. Your core impact is driving enterprise adoption of the LiveKit voice AI platform. You'll work with a small, high-leverage team shaping how the industry scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Join calls with prospects to understand technical requirements.
• Organize and prioritize customer asks for engineering teams.
• Synthesize customer patterns into clear product priorities.
• Arm GTM team with roadmap context and competitive positioning.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with enterprise sales motions.
• Technical depth in infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, or AI/ML.
• Strong customer instincts from direct enterprise engagement.
• Cross-functional influence without authority over teams.

• Experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
