You'll originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions, partnering with investment sales agents to secure staple financing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and structure commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.
• Partner with investment sales agents to pitch and secure financing opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with developers and third-party origination sources.
• Screen transactions and prepare underwriting presentations for capital sources.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of capital markets experience in brokerage, investment bank, or principal role.
• Proven track record of originating and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity.
• Ability to successfully transfer key client relationships to the Company.
• Experience working in a large brokerage institution.
