You'll provide skilled, individualized one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Fort Wayne and nearby communities. You'll apply your clinical judgment with the support of a 24/7 clinical team, flexible scheduling, and consistent weekly pay. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in clients' homes
• Assess and monitor client conditions and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document care using electronic charting system

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Commitment to providing 1:1 care in home setting

• Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations
• Previous home health care experience
• BLS certification
