💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient psychiatric care in a hybrid work model, setting your own schedule and appointment lengths. Your focus remains on patient care while our teams handle billing and administrative tasks. You'll work alongside experienced therapists and nurse practitioners in a collegial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent patients.
• Set your own scheduled hours and appointment lengths.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and nurse practitioners.
• Integrate psychotherapy into daily practice if desired.

📋 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain).

• Interest in supervising newly graduated PMHNPs.
• Training or interest in innovative therapies like TMS.
