You'll work directly with dedicated strategic enterprise customers to optimize BlueCat products and provide exceptional technical support. You'll perform quarterly health checks, debug network issues, and become a trusted advisor, all while growing your skills in a dynamic, award-winning culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to optimize BlueCat products and services
• Perform quarterly Health Checks to ensure system performance
• Apply debugging skills to resolve customer issues
• Set up test environments to mirror production setups

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with DNS, DHCP & Linux
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and packet capture/analysis
• Experience managing customers in an enterprise environment
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BlueCat products
• Background in technical support or customer success
• Knowledge of additional protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP
