You'll identify and qualify new opportunities for Motive's Public Sector segment, working with government and education clients. Your core impact will be building the foundation for account executives to close deals and drive growth. This role offers clear career path into full-cycle sales or leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage outbound lead generation for Public Sector segment
  • Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and other outbound efforts
  • Identify and qualify leads based on set criteria
  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Public Sector sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work hybrid in Austin or Nashville office
  • Prior experience with cold calling or CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
