You'll own end-to-end enablement programs, personally creating and delivering training modules, decks, and playbooks for a global go-to-market team. Your core impact is equipping managers with coaching frameworks to drive adoption and revenue performance. This role balances stakeholder leadership with hands-on execution.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create and deliver training modules, decks, and playbooks
- Run programs like Pitch Practice, onboarding, and manager enablement
- Partner with Sales, PMM, and HR to convert inputs into usable content
- Design programs that enable managers to coach their teams
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in sales enablement or learning development
- Proven track record of personally building enablement content
- Experience supporting sales teams and enabling frontline managers
- Familiarity with coaching frameworks like SBI or ACE
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Seismic or Synthesia
- Background in leadership development programs
- Global or multi-region enablement experience
