You'll own end-to-end enablement programs, personally creating and delivering training modules, decks, and playbooks for a global go-to-market team. Your core impact is equipping managers with coaching frameworks to drive adoption and revenue performance. This role balances stakeholder leadership with hands-on execution.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver training modules, decks, and playbooks
  • Run programs like Pitch Practice, onboarding, and manager enablement
  • Partner with Sales, PMM, and HR to convert inputs into usable content
  • Design programs that enable managers to coach their teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales enablement or learning development
  • Proven track record of personally building enablement content
  • Experience supporting sales teams and enabling frontline managers
  • Familiarity with coaching frameworks like SBI or ACE

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Seismic or Synthesia
  • Background in leadership development programs
  • Global or multi-region enablement experience
