You'll design and own end-to-end agentic workflows that transform how Gusto delivers service at scale. Your work directly impacts customer experience and operational efficiency for over 500,000 small businesses. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and own end-to-end agentic service workflow frameworks
• Analyze SOPs and metrics to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns across tools and data sources
• Build ROI models to quantify workflow impact on efficiency and quality

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, product, or AI roles
• At least 2 years designing and deploying AI-assisted or agentic workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLM systems and agentic tooling
• Proven track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with human-in-the-loop systems
• Familiarity with Responsible AI practices
• Working knowledge of multi-agent systems
