💼 About This Role

You'll resolve order issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to ensure optimal outcomes on GOAT Group's trusted marketplace. You will triage escalated orders and ensure same-day shipment of products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach resolution.
• Ensure orders in fulfillment flow are solved and returned for same-day shipment.
• Pick shoes from inventory and process specific returns and orders.
• Take photos quickly and accurately of sneakers.

📋 Requirements

• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.
• Background in dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours).
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating carts, dollies and other moving equipment.
• Quick learner and self-starter able to work independently.
