💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Love for music and pop culture.
• Communication, time management, and professionalism skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
