You'll partner with hiring managers to ensure quality assessment and excellent candidate experience. This role leverages top-tier recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Metaview.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead the recruitment process as a project manager
  • Organize communication within the hiring project team
  • Design assessment processes and select appropriate tools
  • Assess competencies and values fit using various methods

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience hiring sales professionals globally
  • Full-cycle recruitment project management experience
  • International recruitment experience in multiple regions
  • Fluency in English (C2)
