💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with our Product leader across building an AI-native product: roadmap, user research, launches, marketing. You'll see firsthand how decisions get made about product, design, and go-to-market for foundation models in biology. This is a generalist role for someone who wants to learn how a modern AI product gets built from the inside.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and run user interviews alongside the PM.
• Track market space and surface relevant insights.
• Analyze usage data and dashboards for patterns.
• Translate ideas into clear specs for engineers.
• Coordinate product launches across teams.

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional organization and adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience running user interviews.
• Self-direction on ambiguous tasks.
