You'll lead bakery operations and team development at our downtown Raleigh location. Your core impact is ensuring operational excellence in inventory, scheduling, and quality. This role stands out as a pipeline to Bakery Operations Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation, scheduling, and staffing coordination
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
• Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
