Description
In this role, you will operate the EVS XT-Go system for live broadcasts of sports events and studio shows. You'll collaborate with producers and directors to plan and execute editing and playback strategies, manage multiple machines, and ensure efficient archiving of content. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on EVS experience looking to work in a dynamic sports entertainment environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience operating EVS for professional broadcasts
- Knowledge of live television production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with quick-turnaround video feeds
Responsibilities
- Operate EVS XT-Go systems for pregame, postgame, press conferences, and studio shows
- Edit game highlights and player packages efficiently and creatively
- Manage storage space on multiple EVS machines and archive materials systematically
- Collaborate with producers and directors to determine optimal EVS use
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to Engineering
