You'll deliver second-level technical support for a global NaaS leader, managing endpoint, identity, access, and cloud-native productivity tools. Your core impact is ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for technical issues
  • Proactively evaluate and support new technologies
  • Manage IT hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
  • Deep expertise in Windows desktop and Microsoft Intune
  • Hands-on experience with User Access Management for cloud apps
  • Proven experience in IT hardware lifecycle management

  • Expertise in macOS and endpoint management via JAMF
