You'll deliver second-level technical support for a global NaaS leader, managing endpoint, identity, access, and cloud-native productivity tools. Your core impact is ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for technical issues
- Proactively evaluate and support new technologies
- Manage IT hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Deep expertise in Windows desktop and Microsoft Intune
- Hands-on experience with User Access Management for cloud apps
- Proven experience in IT hardware lifecycle management

- Expertise in macOS and endpoint management via JAMF
