You'll join Renewal by Andersen's sales force, conducting in-home consultations for window and door replacement. Your core impact is helping homeowners make same-day decisions while earning uncapped commissions. You'll be provided pre-scheduled appointments, eliminating cold calling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes.
• Follow a value-based selling process with integrity.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient navigating iPad applications.
