💼 About This Role

You'll take on a rotating portfolio of operational and strategic projects across the company, spanning financial ops, customer ops, and deployment support. You'll build AI-native tooling and automations that give every team at Kaizen leverage. This role reports to the COO and Chief of Staff in a fast-growing govtech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end operational and strategic projects across functions.
• Drive diligence on new verticals and market expansions.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automations for team leverage.
• Support sales team with pipeline hygiene, deal desk, and dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking/consulting plus startup ops.
• End-to-end project leadership across cross-functional teams.
• AI fluency demonstrated through shipped workflows or automations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize depth vs. speed.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as Chief of Staff, Founders Associate, or BizOps lead.
• Light technical skills such as SQL or Python.
• Led a complex vendor or systems consolidation project.
