You'll define and own the student experience standard across all four brands at Manifest, ensuring every touchpoint builds trust. Your core impact is closing the conversion gap between counselled and uncounselled students. You'll also act as co-architect of AI agent design, ensuring technology enhances rather than erodes trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and enforce the student experience standard across all brands
• Own and optimize every touchpoint in the student journey
• Build commercial cases connecting experience metrics to revenue
• Co-architect AI agents to deliver personalized, trust-building interactions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in student experience or customer experience leadership
• Experience leading experience design for AI-driven products
• Track record of linking experience metrics to business outcomes
• Deep understanding of the international education landscape

• Experience with multi-brand group integration
• Background in admissions counselling or edtech operations
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
