🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 2–4 concurrent mid-to-large consultant-led pitches
• Serve as day-to-day contact for agency search consultants
• Develop pitch strategy, proposal materials, and presentations
• Build relationships with top-tier consultants and influencers

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in agency business development, growth strategy, or client leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale pitch efforts
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with agency search consultants strongly preferred
