You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines your fandom knowledge with retail leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
