Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, designing and adapting workout programs to help clients achieve their goals. You'll use the Svetness Fitness App to program sessions, track progress, and communicate with clients, while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form/modifications
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
