You'll assist homeowners with renovation financing solutions as the first point of contact in a remote sales role. You'll build your book of business from self-sourced and company-generated leads, managing the entire loan process. This early-stage company offers outsized upside for driven, coachable individuals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist homeowners with financing solutions for renovation projects.
• Call homeowners who have requested more information from RenoFi.
• Manage the entire renovation loan process from outreach to close.
• Build self-sourced referral business from realtors, contractors, etc.

📋 Requirements

• DRE Real Estate Salesperson License with at least 2 years holding it.
• Passing results or ability to pass the SAFE test.
• Comfortable working within a CRM-centered sales process (Salesforce).
• Quick thinker with strong verbal communication skills.

• Renovation Lending experience.
• MLO Endorsement.
• Experience performing mortgage loan origination activities.
