🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering operations, planning, and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Experience leading startup teams and managing projects with limited resources.
• Technical fluency in APIs, developer workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
