💼 About This Role
You'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts for a pre-IPO SaaS company, driving revenue through renewals, upsell, and expansion. You'll build executive-level relationships and align Patsnap's value with customer IP and R&D priorities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage enterprise account renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct executive business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Develop deep understanding of customers' IP strategy and R&D workflows
- Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes
📋 Requirements
- 3-5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management in APAC
- Proven experience managing large complex enterprise accounts and C-level engagement
- Demonstrated success driving account expansion and renewals
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups and enterprise sales cycles
✨ Nice to Have
- Background in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Engineering, or R&D-led organizations
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
